6 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
8 oz. shredded cheddar
24 oz. cottage cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach
2 T. flour
2 c. ham, cubed



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350º; grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
