    List of Ingredients




    24 ounces hash browns, frozen
    2 cups cooked ham, cubed
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups sour cream
    1 can condensed cheese soup
    1 can condensed cream of potato soup
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, ham, and 3/4 cup of cheese. In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups and pepper; add to potato mixture and mix well.

    Transfer to a greased 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF for 60-65 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are tender.

    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
