    Ham & Pineapple Dish (T&T)

    List of Ingredients

    1 T. butter
    1 T. flour
    1 can crushed pineapple & juice (it called for a #2 can but now they either have 8 oz cans or 20 oz - I used the 20 oz)
    1/2 t. dry mustard (I used yellow mustard & spicy brown mustard to taste)
    dash pepper
    1 1/2 - 2 lbs sliced ham

    Recipe

    Melt butter and stir in flour. Add rest of ingredients except ham. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened and sugar is dissolved. Saute ham lightly on both sides and place in a greased shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over ham and bake in a 350ºF oven.

    My note: I made this with some of the spiral sliced ham we had for Christmas. This was good but I think it was better as leftovers...so you might want to make it, let it stand overnight and bake it the next day. I made oven roasted potatoes (cubed with olive oil & baked at about 400ºF until golden brown) and mixed green salad. I will make this again!
