    CHOOSE FROM EACH CATEGORY

    One Sauce Maker
    1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
    1 10 1/2 oz can cream of celery soup
    1 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
    1 10 1/2 oz can cheddar cheese soup
    2 14 1/2 oz cans Italian style diced tomatoes(undrained)
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    One Frozen Vegetable(thawed)
    1 10 oz pkg frozen spinache
    1 10 oz pkg frozen cut brocoli
    1 10oz pkg frozen Italian green beans
    1 10 oz pkg frozen peas1 10 oz pkg frozen corn
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    One Meat/Fish/Poultry
    2 6 oz cans white tuna;drained and flaked
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken
    2 cups chopped cooked ham
    2 cups chopped cooked turkey
    1 lb ground beef; browned and drained
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    One Pasta or Rice
    2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 cup uncooked rice
    4 cups uncooked wide noodles
    3 cups uncooked medium shells
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    One or More Extras (optional)
    1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms; drained
    1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
    1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    2 garlic cloves; minced
    1 4 1/2 oz can chopped green chiles
    1 1 1/4 oz pkg taco seasoning
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    Toppings
    2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 oz shredded swiss cheese
    1/2 cup fine;dry bread crumbs

    Recipe

    COMBINE 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper with Sauce Maker (omit sour cream and milk when using tomatoes).

    Stir in Frozen Vegetables, Pasta/Rice, Meat/Fish/Poultry, and, if desired, Extras.

    Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Toppings.

    BAKE casserole, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes; uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.

    YIELD: 6 servings.
