List of Ingredients
1 pkg. ( 1 lb.) egg noodles
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
8 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
2 cups (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
TOPPING:
9 whole cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Recipe
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss with butter; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, sour cream and cottage cheese until well blended. Stir in the noodles.
Transfer to a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 50-55 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or cold.
Makes 12-15 servings.
