List of Ingredients
1 pound sausage
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cups rice
water
Recipe
Brown sausage and drain well.
Drain and save liquid from corn. Using the liquid from the corn and adding enough water to make 4 1/2 cups of rice.
Mix all ingredients into a greased casserole dish; cover and bake at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated throughout.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Note: Low fat sausage, sour cream & soup may be used with good results.
