    1/2 cup mushrooms, sauteed
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup water chestnuts
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 pound bulk sausage, browned & drained
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9x12 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
