Easy Hamburger Lasagna

Brown together and then drain off grease:
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium onion, chopped
Add: 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Simmer 5 minutes.

Cook: 1 bag wide noodles(I used bow-tie pasta)
Drain and to the noodles add:
1 (8 oz.) ct. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup (or more) real parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe



In a greased casserole dish, layer meat mixture and noodle mixture twice. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350ºF 30 minutes.
