Roast Beef and Sour Cream Casserole

2 cups leftover roast beef, chopped coarsely
2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 l/2 cup mushroom soup
1/2 cup broth
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream
dash of paprikaRecipe
Set aside 1/2 cup rice for topping. Arrange beef and rice in layers in greased casserole. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Repeat. Combine mushroom soup and broth. Pour over meat. Sprinkle remaining rice. Dot with butter.
Bake until slightly brown on top, about 15-20 minutes at 375°F.
Spoon sour cream into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and put back in oven until sour cream is heated through.
