Lorraine's tip: Dip your mold into hot water for about 30 seconds to ease in unmolding.
List of Ingredients
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) cherry Jello
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 can Bing cherries, drained reserving the liquid
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 t. saltRecipe
Combine Jello & gelatin in a bowl; set aside. Drain cherries and add enough water to make 1 1/2 c. liquid. Heat liquid to boiling. Pour over gelatins and stir to dissolve. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour into a large mold (or use a restanglular dish). Chill until firm. Unmold and arrange greens around platter.
