    Butter Brickle Bars

    List of Ingredients

    1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix without pudding (no substitutes)
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1 (10 oz.) bag Skor butter toffee chips OR 1 (7.5 oz.) almond brickle chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (can add more)

    Recipe

    Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl, stirring well. Press into a greased 9 x 13" pan.

    Combine chips, condensed milk and pecans; spread over crust in pan.

    Bake at 350ºF. for 25 mins.

    Remove from oven. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

    Yield: 2 dozen

    * Can use fat-free sweetened condensed milk.
