Chewy Lemon Bars

1 lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 t. vanilla


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Spread into 13x9" pan.

In a separate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, beaten eggs, softened cream cheese and vanilla, until smooth. Spread mixture over bottom layer.

Bake 30-40 mins., until top layer turns golden brown.
