Chewy Peanut Butter Bars (T&T)

These are really chewy but so good!! Add a good chocolate frosting to these and WOW!!!

List of Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla extract


Recipe

In a large saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter. Remove from heat; add sugar and flour. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Spread into a WELL GREASED 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 28-32 mins. or until lightly browned and edges start to pull away from pan. Cool and cut into bars. Yield: 2 dozen bars
