Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

List of Ingredients




1/2 cup (half 6 oz. pkg) butterscotch pieces
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup nuts, chopped


Recipe



Set oven at 350ºF. Melt then cool to lukewarm, the butter and butterscotch pieces. Mix and add to butterscotch mixture flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg. Mix and fold into above mixture marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Use a 9" square greased baking pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 to 18 bars.
