    Recipe

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease or spray with Pam a 9x13 pan. Combine flour, salt and baking powder and set aside. In large bowl cream margarine, sugars and vanilla until light. Beat in peanut butter. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread mixture in prepared pan and smooth out as evenly as possible. Bake 30 minutes, or until lightly browned, being careful not to over bake. Cool and cut into squares.

AlabamaGal's review: These things are fine! I made them last night and they are soooo good. I iced them with a peanut butter icing (only because I knew my kids would not eat them otherwise, LOL), which I will also post. Thank you foodguy for posting these. They are most definitely a keeper in my house!

By the way, I didn't use the chocolate chips.

    AlabamaGal's Frosting:

    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    2 cups confectioners sugar
enough milk to make pour consistently

Mix and pour over warm bars.
