    Butter Pecan Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. butter, softened
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/2 t. salt
    pecan halves

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375ºF.

    Cream butter and sugar; blend in egg.

    Add flour and salt; mix into creamed ingredients.

    Drop from teaspoon onto pan, spacing each cookie 2" apart.

    Top with pecan half.

    Bake for 10 - 12 mins.

    Yield: 4 dozen
