Effort: easy Comments: I get about 4 dz. Cookies. I like these because they are so easy to make. No rolling of the dough. This is really good to sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of the cookies after they have cooled.


List of Ingredients




2 c. butter flavored shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 t. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 t. salt
2 t. baking powder


Recipe



Cream sugar & shortening. Add eggs & vanilla. Mix well. Add other ingredients. Mix well.

Form into small balls & place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in 325ºF oven for 13 - 15 min., or until light brown.

These will melt in your mouth.
