Melting Shortbread Cookies (T&T)

I got this recipe years ago when I sold Tupperware. We have continued to make these cookies and YES...they DO melt in your mouth!!!
List of Ingredients
1 lb. butter (I use half butter and half margarine), softened
3 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 t. butter flavoring
Recipe
Cream butter; add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Sift flour and cornstarch together then add gradually to creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 325� until edges are lightly browned, about 15-20 mins. (10 mins. in my oven)
These are delicate cookies and will not mail well.
