    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 cups flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Cream peanut butter, margarine and sugars until creamed.

    Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.

    Roll into balls. Roll in sugar. Flatten slightly with fork.

    Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Make sure you don't overbake, so they stay soft!
