    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/2 c. sour cream

    Recipe



    Heat the oven to 350ºF.

    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat wet ingredients until smooth. Slowly add the dry ingredients, beating on low. Drop by level tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake for 10 minutes.
