    Travis House Cookies (T&T)

    List of Ingredients

    1 egg white
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 level Tablespoon flour
    pinch of salt
    1 c. chopped pecans

    Recipe

    Beat egg white until stiff. Add brown sugar and continue beating. Stir in flour and salt. Add pecans. Drop by teaspoonful on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 375ºF. for 10 mins. Remove from cookie sheet when partly cooled.

    Makes 3 doz. cookies
