    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Cream butter & sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, & pineapple & mix well. Combine flour, soda, baking powder & salt. Add to sugar mixture. Mix well & drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until light brown.
