    Ann's Stir-Fry Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
    1 tablespoon dark sesame oil (start with 1/2 tablespoon as this stuff is very strong tasting; adjust to your taste.)
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon each finely chopped fresh ginger and garlic
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Combine all in a bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add to stir-fried veggies and heat to desired doneness.
