Recipe Introduction


Here is the recipe I copied off the Allrecipes web site three years ago. I have made batches and batches for presents. My one DDIL also adds a shot of crocolate syrup to it. But do run it through a food processor or blender as it does NOT dissolve well otherwise. I tried to skip that step once and you get a grainy sludge in the bottom of your cup. Ugh!


List of Ingredients




1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon cround cloves
1 teaspoon ground cardamon


Recipe



In a large bowl combine all ingredients well. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder.



To serve: Stir in 2 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mix into a mug of hot water.
