Leisa's White Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy

List of Ingredients

16 oz almond bark or white chocolate chips

2 1/2 Tablespoons peanut butter, either kind

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 1/2 cups dry roasted or salted peanuts



Recipe

Melt the chocolate on low heat (I use my double boiler). Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the marshmallows and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let set till firm and store in airtight container (If you have any left to store).
