Moira's Green Beans with Parsley & Vinegar

Serves 4-5
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper....... 2 lbs green beans.... 3 tablespoon of roughly chopped, fresh flat leafed parsley........ 2 garlic cloves, peeled & very finely chopped........ 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar........ 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.......
Recipe
Boil an abundant amount of water in a pan with a little sea salt. Add the green beans & cook for 15 minutes. ( The beans SHOULD be soft- not al dente). Drain & leave to cool a bit, then combine with the parsley, garlic , vinegar & olive oil. Season well........ Hope you enjoy it- I did & I'm not a huge fan of GB's!
