Pat's Springtime Pasta & Sausage

List of Ingredients
1 # spaghetti
1 # Italian sausage (Use regular and add Italian seasoning, fennel & garlic)
1/2 t. fennel seed
2 garlic cloves
2 C. sugar snap peas (8 oz)
2 C. sliced mushrooms
1/3 C. chicken broth maybe more
4 Italian plum tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, 1” pieces
1/3 C. chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Cook spaghetti, keep warm. Cook sausage, fennel and garlic til no longer pink, drain and remove from skillet. Add peas, mushrooms and broth to skillet, simmer 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and onions, simmer 2 minutes, add sausage mixture, simmer 1 minute. Toss with spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley.
I had him add the whole can of broth and the leftovers really soaked it up and made it even better.
