Rosie's Baked Mixed Fruit

List of Ingredients
1 can (30 ounces) whole plums, drained, halved and pitted
1 can (29 ounces) peach halves, drained
1 can (16 ounces) pear halves, drained
1 can (16 ounces) apricot halves, drained
1 can (8 ounces) sliced pineapple
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Recipe
In a greased 3 qt. Baking dish, arrange/layer the plums, peaches, pears and apricots. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Place pineapple over fruit.
In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, cloves and reserved pineapple juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted. Pour over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 12-16 servings
