Tam's Chocolate Hot Fudge Topping

In sauce pan, before heating, blend well:
2 c sugar
2/3 c cocoa
6 T flour
1 t salt
2 c regular milk
2 T butter
1 1/2 T vanillaRecipe
Blend dry ingredients in saucepan then add milk. Cook over med. Heat, stirring constantly, bring to a slow boil then boil 1-2 mins., until thick.
Remove from heat & stir in butter & vanilla. Keep in jar in refrigerator (stores well). Serve hot or cold.
Here is the recipe for the Chocolate Sauce/Fudge Topping I’ve made for over 15 years. It has never failed me, & keeps in the refrigerator without getting sugary.
