    Here is a fluffy, lighter pumpkin dessert for your Thanksgiving table.

    List of Ingredients




    18 crushed graham crackers
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    32 large marshmallows
    1 cup pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 small carton of cool whip

    Recipe



    Mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs. Press the rest into a 8 or 9 inch square pan. Melt marshmallows over hot water. Add pumpkin and spices. Cool mixture and then fold (little by little) the whipped topping into the pumpkin. Spread over the crust and cover with remaining crumbs. Store in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
