    Tippy's Sweetened Condensed Milk

    1 cup powdered dry milk
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup boiling water
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

    Recipe



    Combine powdered milk, sugar, water and butter. Blend in blender or with a mixer about 1 minute.

    Yields 14 oz. and is very similar to Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk.


    I use this almost all the time when a recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk. It's quick, easy and inexpensive.
