    4 cups Bisquick
    4 teaspoons cinnamon
    4 cups sugaar
    1 cup oil
    2 cans (15 oz. each) pumpkin (not pie mix)
    8 eggs

    Frosting:
    2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    2/3 cup butter, softened
    2 Tablespoons milk
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    4 cups powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients together first to get lumps out of Bisquick. Add oil, pumpkin and eggs. Pour into 2 greased 15x10) jellyroll pans. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.

    Frosting: Mix all frosting ingredients well and frost cooked pumpkin bars. Store in refrigerator.
