    List of Ingredients




    1-2 lbs cut up beef (the kind you use for stew)
    1 pound fresh mushrooms or 1 (16 oz) can whole mushrooms
    1 (16 oz) can beef gravy
    1/4 cup water
    salt & pepper



    Recipe



    Mix all above ingredients in crock. Cook on low 8 hours or high 5 hours.

    Serve over cooked noodles.
