2-pounds round steak
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
4 ounce tomato sauce
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Recipe
Cut steak into serving portions. In a shallow pie plate, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Roll steaks in flour mixture, coating both sides.
In a large skillet, melt butter; brown steak on both sides. Place steak in crock pot. Add tomato sauce, onion, and green pepper. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
