    4 to 6 cube steaks
    flour
    vegetable oil
    1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    water

    Recipe



    Dredge cube steaks in flour. Preheat skillet with a little oil. Brown cube steaks on both sides in oil. Put into crockpot. Sprinkle with gravy mix and soup mix. Add enough water to cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours. This gets so tender.
