Cranberry Turkey in the Slow Cooker

1 turkey breast (thawed in the refrigerator)
1 envelope onion and herb soup mix
1 can whole berry cranberry sauceRecipe
Place turkey in crock pot. Mix together cranberry sauce and soup mix and pour over turkey. Cook on High for 2 hours then on low for 6 - 7 hours. (Turkey breast should read 170º - 180ºF on a meat thermometer.)
Notes: the lady doing the demo said she added 1 c. water to the soup mix. She cooked it and then shredded the meat. It was good.
