6 lb ham (butt portion) (make sure it will fit in your crockpot!)
1 pkg mix for apple cider (dry mix) - single serving (may use 1 1/2 pkgs)

It's this easy:
Take a ham (mine barely fit into the crockpot) and sprinkle on a package of instant apple cider mix. Wrap in foil and cook in crockpot all day on low. It really does taste like one of those honey baked hams. It was so tender that when I took it out of the crockpot the bone fell right out!
