    MONTANA CORN STEW (Crockpot)

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 lb spicy Italian sausage, browned, drained
    2 potatoes, scrubbed and diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 stalk of celery (I put mine in whole and remove before serving)
    2 cans cream style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp original Mrs. Dash
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Brown and drain sausage. Place sausage, and all remaining ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Abour 1 hour before serving, add enough regular milk to obtain desired consistency.

    I like to serve this with crusty rolls and a big green salad.
