6 thick pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 t ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 clove garlic crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Trim excess fat from chops and place in crock pot. Mix all ingredients together except salt and pepper and and pour over chops. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Cook for 4 to 6 hours on low or until tender.
Freezes well too.
