1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
1 store bought angelfood cake, cut into small cubes
2 cans (21 oz each) cherry, blueberry or any pie filling
you like
Recipe
In large bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add cool whip and stir until blended. Add cake cubes and blend well. Put into a 13x9-inch cake pan.
Top with pie filling and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Option: Layer in a large glass dish like a truffle bowl starting with cake cubes/cream cheese mixture/pie filling, alternating and ending with pie filling on top.
