Custard Pie or Baked Custard

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk
pie shell for custard pie
Recipe
Stir the eggs and sugar together, beat until the eggs are mixed, but not till they are fluffy. Add vanilla and then milk.
Pour into individual custard dishes or into a pie shell.
Bake in a 325ºF or 350ºF oven until the center is still jiggly when you nudge the dish/pie. It will continue to cook after being removed from the oven.
Cool on wire rack, sprinkle top of custard with nutmeg (or cinnamon).
