1 (9") graham cracker crust
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tub Coconut and Pecan Frosting*
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Recipe
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add frosting, beat, then the Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate.

Review Posted by: M_Wolverine Posted on: 11/30/2004: Carolyn, I love how rich and creamy this dessert comes out. Not only that, I don't think I've ever made an easier dessert either. I used Betty Crocker's Chocolate Almond frosting in a chocolate graham cracker crust and it was oh sooo good. I only used 3/4 of the can of frosting and nuked the rest and drizzled it in a criss cross pattern over the top of the pie. I just wish it wasn't so easy to make. I could gain some serious weight making this year 'round. Thank you so much.
