Four Layer Delight

List of Ingredients




1st layer:
Melt 1 stick margarine. Mix in 1 c. flour and 1/2 c. chopped pecans. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375ºF. for 15 mins. Cool.

2nd layer:
Cream 8 oz. cream cheese with 1 c. powdered sugar. Add 1 c. cool whip. Spread over 1st layer.

3rd layer:
Blend 2 pkgs. small instant chocolate pudding with 3 c. milk. Pour over 2nd layer. Chill until set.

4th layer:
Spread more cool whip over top and sprinkle with 1 c. chopped, toasted pecans.

Refrigerate until serving time. Store leftovers (if any) in refrigerator.

Use butterscotch or lemon pudding.
