1 angel food cake, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 small package (1.4-ounce) sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding
2 cups cold skim milk
1 (8-ounce) non-fat strawberry yogurt
3 cups fruit of your choice (drained peaches, pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, melon chunks, apples, bananas)Recipe
In a large bowl or trifle bowl, put 1/2 of cake. In a separate bowl, mix together milk and pudding for 2 minutes, until pudding thickens. Fold in yogurt. Place 1/2 of mixture on top of cake. Top with 1/2 of fruit. Repeat layers. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Serves 16.
Per serving: 149 calories; less than 1 gram total fat.
