1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 C. confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed OR I use 8 oz. whipping cream and whip it, instead.
1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1" cubes
2 cans of pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped topping and cake cubes. Spread evenly into an ungreased 13" x 9" dish; top with pie filling. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
