Layered Toffee Angel Cake

2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 prepared Angel Food cake
4 Heath Candy Bars, crushed Recipe
Beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Gradually add ice cream topping and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form.
Cut cake horizontally in half. Place bottom layer on serving plate. Spread with whipped cream mixture. Sprinkle with half the crushed candy. Place top layer on cake. Frost top and sides with remaining whipped cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crushed candy. Keep refrigerated.
