Lemon Cake Pudding

2 eggs, separated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
5 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
Recipe
Beat egg whites with salt and add 1/4 cup sugar. With same beater, beat egg yolks, rind and juice together. Add melted butter. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar mixed with flour. Add milk and fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole. Set in a pan with 1/2 inch of water in it. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°. Serve slightly warm.
