Pumpkin Cobbler

List of Ingredients
1 (29 oz) can Pumpkin (not pie mix)
6 eggs, room temperature
2 cans Eagle brand (sweetened condensed milk)
1 package Spice Cake Mix
1 cup chopped Pecans (Actually the person that makes this, buys the bag at the store and uses the whole bag)
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
Recipe
Mix pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar, cake mix, 1/2 of the pecans, and 1 can of eagle brand. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Make sure the pan is fully coated with the butter. Pour the first mixture into the pan. Bake at 350ºF for 40-60 minutes.
Melt the other stick of butter and add the other can of eagle brand and the other half of the pecans, and mix together. Pour this mixture over the top when it comes out of the oven.
Serve warm. Top with either cool whip, whipped cream or even ice cream.

PLEASE check out this recipe!!!!!!! There have been so many Pumpkin recipes, but Ya'll have to look at this one. This is just the best I've ever put in my mouth and so moist! I'm not going to promise you won't gain a few pounds from this one, but I will tell you it will be worth it. Forget those other Pumpkin Cake recipes. This is THE ONE!!! This is going to be my new favorite Thanksgiving Dessert!!!! It's "Eyes Roll Back In Your Head" good. It was given to me by a man at our church. He does a lot of outdoor cooking and make this in an iron skillet sometimes when camping.
