Recipe Introduction


You can use sugar-free Jell-O in this recipe with good results.


List of Ingredients




1 angel food cake
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
1 container fresh strawberries, washed, hulled & sliced OR
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 Cool Whip



Recipe



Tear cake into small pieces and place in a bowl or 9 x 13 pan.

Mix Jell-O using only half the water. Let cool to room temp.

Stir strawberries into the Jell-O.

Stir in 8 oz. Cool Whip reserving the rest for topping.

Pour over the cake pieces. Refrigerate til firm.

Serve and top with additional Cool Whip.
