    Filling for Diabetic Pumpkin Pie

    1 small Box Butterscotch Instant Pudding (fat free/sugar free)
    1 small can pumpkin
    1 cup fat free milk (we like the Land of Lakes fat free 1/2 & 1/2)
    1/4 cup Splenda
    Pumpkin pie spice to taste

    Top with cool whip FREE

    Reduced fat gram crust

    Place the filling in a reduced fat gram crust and top w/cool whip FREE. By far the best so far!! Last year it was the Pumpkin Cream Pie he loved and people here raved about....I’m thinking this will easily take its place. You can also just use this as a pudding (DH likes it that way best).
